1. To transfer the funds to your external account, kindly click on the "Transfer" button, which will then enable you to input the beneficiary account number of your choice and initiate a transfer into that account.
2. You can perform a withdrawal from your FairMoney bank account by simply tapping on the ''Transfer'' icon in the app, and then providing the bank account details of the recipient you wish to send the money to by clicking on the “New beneficiary” button and selecting the beneficiary bank. Proceed to input the amount you wish to transfer and you will then be prompted to authorize the transfer with your PIN. Once your PIN is inputted and transfer details verified, we will transfer your funds to the destination account.
Note that some transfers may take some time to process, but the majority of transfers should be instant!
