I am sorry to learn you are unable to withdraw from your FairSave. Please ensure you are on the latest app version for iOS and Android. Also, follow these steps to clear your phone cache and try again (Android).
- Go to phone setting
- Click on Apps (Apps and Notifications)
- Click on view all Apps
- Locate and click on the FairMoney app
- Click on storage and cache
- Click on clear cache and clear storage
- Restart your device
- You will be required to complete a new facial verification when you are about to log in to the app after the process above.
