Ensure your app is updated to the latest version and follow the steps below to clear cache:
- Go to phone setting
- Click on Apps (Apps and Notifications)
- Click on view all Apps
- Locate and click on the FairMoney app
- Click on storage and cache
- Click on clear cache and clear storage
- Restart your device
You will be required to complete a new facial verification when you are about to log in to the app after the process above.
