The selfie must be a photo captured under adequate lighting with your eyeball wide open, your face in the camera frame with no glasses on or cap on your head and your head placed within the circle adequately. You are required to follow the on-screen instructions (e.g. tilting your head, blinking, etc.) on the selfie page before taking the picture when the circle turns green.
If the selfie meets these conditions, the app will accept it and let you proceed with the registration.
