How do I change my registered or lost phone number? Print

To change your registered number on the app, kindly update your app and follow these steps:

Tap "Login."
Click "Lost Phone number? Change login number."
Review and accept the conditions, then tap "Continue."
Enter your old phone number (without the first zero).
Enter the BVN linked to your account.
Allow location access on your phone.
Enter your new phone number (without the first zero).
Enter the OTP sent to the new number.
Complete the facial recognition.
Create a new password.

It's important to note that, once you change your phone number, you won't be able to switch back to the old one.
